ShopRite of Montgomery - A Hidden Gem for Grocery, Bakeries, and Delis

This grocery store is definitely my favorite They have basically everything you need to live they have food snacks and things to use like wipes. This grocery store also has nice cashiers and helpers to find what you need. I’ll be sure to come here next time.

I had an issue with a meat item I had purchased. One of the managers Bob Scott left me a voicemail to say they would refund me the item and give me a $25 gift card. Very happy with the way it was handled - thanks again!

Tons of parking and friendly staff. Located right off route 206 in Montgomery. The staff here are incredibly friendly and the lines are not very long. This is a well run grocery store and the items are always fresh. Prices are fair especially compared to the expensive super market in my home town.

Even though ShopRite is a big supermarket chain, each store is individual, with its advantages and flaws. First of all, historically speaking, ShopRite used to be appreciated for the uniform layout and inner organization of its stores. That used to be extremely handy and user-friendly when trying to locate your products of interest. This practice is not the case anymore. Our home ShopRite store in Hamilton differs greatly from the one in Skillman, making navigation challenging. Secondly, apparently, ShopRite pricing policy also depends on location and demographics. Thus, ShopRite of Montgomery, with its customers from Skillman, Princeton, and Montgomery, all affluent townships, offers somewhat higher prices that what could be found in other ShopRite stores in NJ.

Always stocked but the lack of open checkout lanes is some times ridiculous. 10+ self-checkouts and only 6 open on some days with 2-3 regular lanes open. This place can get busy at times and the wait in line can take longer than one would hope.

It's all about the Salmon! Never disappointed! Montgomery ShopRite has probably the best sushi. Never too much rice. So many places give you so much rice to keep costs down. Not Here. It's all about the sushi! Check out the salmon to rice ratio! Thank you
